Two people the same age are not the same age. You already know this. You know a sixty-year-old who runs and a fifty-year-old who cannot. Underneath the number is a rate, different in every body and unrecorded in all of them. This is biological time.

Our best study measured this four times in twenty years. The most consequential process in a human life is the one we have the least information about. Aging is a rate. Rates can be changed. But nothing gets changed that isn’t first seen.

What we collect. This website collects minimal information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and, if you write to us, your name and email address. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social plugins.

How we use it. Log data is used only to operate and secure the site. Contact information is used only to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

Do Not Track. Because we track no one, this site behaves identically whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
